1. The service

The ITSAIO AI Visibility Scan (scan.itsaio.com) is self-serve software provided by ITSAIO LLC. You create an account, enter your business details (business name, website, city, and main service), and the software automatically audits publicly available information about your business — your website, your Google Business Profile and reviews, and public search results — and generates a visibility report with a score and recommended fixes. No human performs the scan, and no phone calls, texts, or marketing are sent on your behalf by this tool.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business details when you run a scan.

3. Pricing

Each AI Visibility Scan costs $99 (one-time). Payment is collected securely at checkout. There is no subscription and no recurring charge for scans.

4. Results

Scan scores and recommendations are generated automatically from public data available at the time of the scan. They are estimates to help you understand your online visibility — they are not a guarantee of search rankings, AI recommendations, or business results. Public data (for example, review counts) can change, and a later scan of the same business may return a different score.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and only to scan businesses you have a legitimate interest in. You will not attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, or use it to collect personal data about others.

6. Intellectual property

ITSAIO LLC owns the software and the scan tool. Reports generated for your business are yours to use and share.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITSAIO LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the scan in question.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
